Privacy Policy
Useful technology should not require mysterious data practices.
The short version
Last Updated: September 16, 2026
Quail Pages is built around making systems more understandable, and privacy should not be the exception. This policy explains what information may be collected through quailpages.com, how it may be used, and the choices you have.
The project is currently in alpha. As QP adds public accounts, hosted services, payments, or other product features, this policy will be updated to describe those practices before they become part of the normal experience.

Information We Collect
Information you choose to provide
If you contact Quail Pages, ask about the alpha, report a problem, or otherwise communicate with us, we may receive information such as your name, email address, organization, website information, and whatever details you choose to include in your message.
Website and technical information
Like most websites, hosting, security, and analytics systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, requested URLs, and basic usage or performance data.
Cookies and analytics
Quail Pages may use limited cookies or similar technologies for essential site behavior, security, performance monitoring, and basic analytics. If additional tracking or optional analytics are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe them.
How We Use Information
- To respond to questions, feedback, alpha inquiries, and support requests
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and Quail Pages project
- To understand broad usage patterns and which public resources are useful
- To evaluate potential alpha projects and communicate about participation
- To comply with legal obligations and protect Quail Pages, its users, and others
AI, Discovery, and Project Materials
Quail Pages is explicitly designed to work with AI-assisted workflows. If you participate in an alpha project or later use QP services, information you intentionally provide for discovery, content creation, design decisions, or website maintenance may be processed by tools and service providers needed to perform that work.
That does not mean every piece of project information should become public. Published website content, private working context, credentials, and service access have different jobs and should be treated accordingly. Specific alpha or hosted-service terms may provide additional details where needed.
Retention and Security
Data retention
Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to maintain appropriate business or project records, or to meet legal obligations.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but access and data handling should be limited to what is needed to operate the service.
Your Choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional rights regarding access, deletion, correction, portability, or restriction of processing.
For privacy requests, email [email protected].
Third-Party Links
Quail Pages links to other websites and services, including documentation, demos, case studies, forms, and other external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Updates to This Policy
Quail Pages is changing quickly during alpha, so this policy may change too. Meaningful updates will be reflected on this page with a new last-updated date.
